Children’s Privacy Notice

This Notice supplements the DramaEra Privacy Policy.

1. Age Requirement

DramaEra is a general-audience service and is not directed to children under 13. If local law requires a higher minimum age to use an online service without parental authorization, that higher age applies.

2. No Knowing Collection from Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child below the applicable minimum age, and the current Services do not provide a parental-consent process for such children. A child below that age must not create an account, upload content, or provide information to us.

3. Parent or Guardian Requests

If you believe a child has provided personal information to DramaEra, email contact@dramaera.com with enough detail to identify the account or content. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity and relationship to the child. If confirmed, we will delete or otherwise handle the information as required by law.

4. Safety of Minors

Content that sexually exploits, grooms, endangers, bullies, or reveals sensitive personal information about a minor is prohibited. We may remove content, disable accounts, preserve evidence, and report suspected child exploitation or imminent danger to relevant authorities where appropriate or legally required.

5. Teen Users

Users who meet the minimum age but are under legal adulthood should use DramaEra with parent or guardian guidance. They should not disclose home addresses, school locations, private contact details, financial details, or other information that could compromise safety.

6. Future Advertising and Payments

DramaEra currently has no advertising or paid features. If these are introduced, we will apply age-appropriate safeguards and provide updated disclosures and consent mechanisms before processing children’s or teens’ data where required.
