Delete Your DramaEra Account

Delete in the App

1. Open DramaEra and sign in.
2. Open Settings or Account.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Review the notice and confirm deletion.

If You Cannot Access the App

Email contact@dramaera.com from the email associated with your account. Include “DramaEra Account Deletion Request” in the subject and provide your account identifier if known. We may ask for limited verification information.

What Deletion Means

Deletion removes or de-identifies your account profile and associated personal information from active systems, subject to reasonable processing and backup periods. Public user content will be deleted or disassociated where applicable. Some records may be retained when necessary for legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or enforcement. Information already lawfully made public or copied by others may remain outside our control.

Before You Delete

Account deletion is generally irreversible. Save anything you need first. Removing the app from your device does not delete your account.
