Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy

DramaEra respects intellectual property rights and prohibits users from uploading content they do not have the right to use.

1. Submit a Copyright Notice

Send a notice to contact@dramaera.com containing:

1. Your full name, organization if applicable, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
3. The exact DramaEra content or location to be removed, with enough information for us to find it.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or law.
5. A statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

2. Review and Action

We may request additional information, remove or restrict content, notify the uploader, and retain the notice as needed to process the claim or comply with law. Knowingly false claims may create legal liability.

3. Counter-Notice

If your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, email a counter-notice identifying the removed content and its prior location, explaining your good-faith basis for restoration, providing your contact details and signature, and including any statements required by applicable law. We may forward the counter-notice to the claimant and restore content where legally permitted.

4. Repeat Infringement

We may restrict or terminate accounts associated with repeated or serious infringement, considering the circumstances and applicable law.
